OUR REFUND POLICY

At RocFre$h, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are made to order, produced in limited quantities, or offered as pre-orders, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review your request and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Pre-orders, made-to-order merchandise, customized products, limited-edition releases, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by RocFre$h.
